The GenuTrain S active support with medial and lateral joints supports the knee joint for indications of slight instability, arthritis or osteoarthritis of the knee. Active support with adjustable joint splints for lateral stabilization

The lateral splints on the GenuTrain S Pro active support have adjustable hinges. Together with two inelastic straps on the upper and lower leg, they keep the knee joint secure during movement. Depending on how the hinges are set, the splints can be used to restrict and flexion and extension angle of the leg. This restriction of movement helps to correct incorrect movements and protects the knee during certain phases of treatment.

SofTec® Genu is a multifunctional support for stabilization of the knee. It is used, for example,in cases of torn ligaments, collateral ligament injury, arthritis or in sports therapy. For an indication of medial osteoarthritis of the knee or following injury of the inner meniscus, the SofTec® OA multifunctional orthosis stabilizes and relieves pressure on the affected area, while simultaneously permitting muscle activation.
